this story begins with Somatica® trainee-mate Charlie Glickman, who in their endless highly skilled generosity shared a book recommendation, Trauma is really strange. but as so often happens in my life-process, i didn’t get it right away. guess i wasn’t ready? so i finally got around to getting it, and wow, like really wow! it’s written by Steve Haines and it’s a graphic book, as in graphic novel! the illustrator is fantastic too: Sophie Standing! There’s a second one out now, too: Pain is really strange! and has blown me away! get them, everyone!
