almost forgot about yoga?

Funny all of this academic, conference preparation and I almost neglected to mention that I will be completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training today! Going forward I’ll be incorporating that into my work as well. Thus, another connection between my body and the body of this land is made. Thanks to all of my teachers, my ancestors, and the spirits of this place!
