i have hung the 18 boxes and will begin decorating and labeling them. my first idea had been to use pink or blue string to identify the sex of each one. and once again, i am struck by how much sex, gender, desire is in the eye of the beholder. pink for female and blue for boy is society, not sex. but that is what this ongoing project is inquiring into, right?
